Just like a nose tackle in the 34 defense…

Center is the toughest job in basketball & can win or lose you games depending on who you have playing that spot. Shaq is one of the best of all time.

You pulled the trigger Kevin. Now you & Mr. Allen must do everything possible to help him succeed. A mentor like Ewing or Olajuwon would be a good start. A franchise PG ? Mike Conley? Lets get it done !

I like everything Shaq said in the huddle. Shaq needs to mold Lopez, and when Lopez is playing like a pansy Shaq should say so.

But good lord… Tone it down for the media man. Get intense and fired up in the huddle, but don’t be a jerk when you know you’re gonna be a sound-byte. Tact has never been one of Shaq’s strong points, and it hurts his image, and undoubtedly his relationship with fans, the players on his team, and opposing players. Unnecessary and irresponsible.

I heart taxes.
