Nene suspended 2 games
I know I wouldn't mind Denver losing a couple games in a row and these are two tough games to take without Nene.

Every little bit helps the Blazers
A healthy Nene has been key for their good play this year, more than getting Billups I would say.
I hope they drop both of those games and let the Blazers back into the division race.

nene is awfully quick for a big man
and has given the blazers fits the last couple of times they’ve seen him.
but the flipside of this story may be that phoenix is getting some star calls. i know i saw some vs utah tonight. none were shown on replay, because the national broadcasters don’t want viewers to think about that sort of thing, but some stuff just looked very dubious, and it all favored phoenix…
ratings in the playoffs: shaquille o’neal vs l.a.
david stern: “wouldn’t that be nice?”
if oden is in there vs shaq, look out.

Denver wins in N.O. anyway
Probably because the Hornets were without Chandler and Peja.
Maybe better luck in Dallas.
