Say it with me now - BATUMSHAKALAKA!!

Not sure how many of you read the Descriptions with the videos but here's an excerpt from this one I didn't want yall to miss.

"*Batum sidenote:
It was reported during the game that Michael Jordan was in town recently (Nike business) and had a conversation with our team president (who used to run the Jordan brand).
What did he have to say you ask?
Firstly, he said Nicolas Batum is like Scottie Pippen.
Secondly, he said he was glad to see we didn't make any trades because he likes our team and believes we have the people and pieces to win championships.
And he knows a lot about both. Word."

PS: I really like how this music matched the action tonight, hope you guys do too.

Yes watched the video!

Batum is awesome! Also, your videos are awesome! I love them lots! Seriously. But yeah, I was talking about MJ as GM. Game recognize game, but game can’t teach game, you dig?

O word

You’re right about MJ, he may be the greatest player ever but KP could teach him a thing or 10 about being a GM.

yep

That’s what I’m saying. Again, keep up the good work. the vids rock.

best part was Batum's sheepish smile

after he made that 3pter with 30 seconds left on the clock.

"There are a few teams you have to watch out for in the fourth quarter."
"Yeah, but Portland definitely is not one of them."

-New Orleans Hornets broadcasters at the end of the third quarter with the Hornets leading 74-59. Portland later ends up winning 97-89.

"They don't mind him shooting that shot at all. Rudy Fernandez is not that great of a 3pt shooter."

-New Orleans Hornets broadcasters right after a Rudy Fernandez missed 3pter. Rudy Fernandez finished the game with three 3pters on six attempts.

Yep, it's the Fu.

They were never mainstream but I always dug em. No one’s as verbally ambidextrous as that one guy.

Also, the music is listed at the end of the descriptions so click through and read em and rate the vids while you’re at it. :)

Yeah Fu was really good

Got to love “Whats up Doc” featuring Shaq. Probably the one song that made it past the top 50 for them.

Good times.

How many blocks did we have as a team in that game?

It looked sic

We went like this, he went like that. I say to Hollywood: Where'd he go? Hollywood says: where'd who go?

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.
