Bonzi and other USA ballers are a "cancer" on Chinese basketball, says Hong Kong newspaper, because they are shoot-first ball hogs that ultimately don't help their team win.

What do they mean dont help them win???

As much as i dislike Bonzi if i remember right he took his team in china from last place to one of the top in the league. Maybe they shoot to much cause everyone else on the team is garbage.

the article, which I can't find online, said ...

… the problem is that ultimately, passing goes down and teams suffer. Yeah, a few more games may be won, but team play wins championships. I think bonzi put up 50 points in one Chinese game, but it was team play that won the championship, not team Bonzi. I didn’t see a second of the season, so what do i know. But it seems to make sense. Jordan was the man, but without those teams, he’s got no rings.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
