Jermaine O'Neal and Jamario Moon traded to the Miami Heat for Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks. ESPN has just reported the trade has been finalized.

Helps Miami if JO stays healthy
They can let Beasley go back to starting at SF and start JO too. If JO/DW can stay healthy this team can be a bit of a threat, although how well Chalmers/Beas develops will be important too.
