I attended the Magic's shootaround today, and both coach Stan Van Gundy and his players said they're impressed with Portland's energy and effort so far this season. Is Van Gundy painting a picture here to try to motivate his team? We’ve played with more energy the last few games, I guess. Brandon and LMA have both been off their games this season, but no better time than now to get right.

One good thing I noticed
They didnt mention Bayless once. If he torches the recovering nelson and gets howard into foul trouble we could be in very good shape. Someone needs to show Bayless some of Odens fouls, maybe freeoden.com. The Rex is hungry.
Portland could coast along with their superior talent and stay right with us. Now that Portland woke up, the hammer cometh down.
