Thus begins the conversation surrounding tonight's sure-to-be exciting game.
We're getting a lot of flags in the Gameday Threads and they're almost impossible to address until well after the fact. Keep in mind that this site is monitored by volunteers and they need your help. Please make sure the conversational standards stay high, that people are making others feel welcome, and that any frustration with the games themselves doesn't boil over into frustrated attacks on each other. When you're in these threads it's like you're sitting in our living room watching the game with all of the guests we've invited. Make it a hospitable place so it reflects well on the site and its authors.

He fits in perfectly with the suns, although he can’t keep shooting such a ridiculous percentage on 3s all season I hope he’ll hit open shots. He couldn’t find playing time and seemed to be in Nate’s doghouse a little so I’m glad to see him playing so well. Of course, when we play them I hope he has a night like Durant did.

No disrespect to Martell and the job he did on KD the other night, but I think the Blazers sorely miss Batum’s defense. He is long, disrupts a lot of passes, can guard 2s and 3s so that, for example, Roy is not burning energy trying to stop a bigger Carmelo Anthony coming down the stretch.

Was pondering a NorthWest Super Sonics team that would be shared by Seattle and Vancouver. Logistical problems aside, it’s an interesting given the international aspirations.

Seriously, it’s just painful to watch:
- Oden isolation postup w/ 4 guys watching
- LMA isolation postup w/4 guys watching
- Roy high pick isolations, then kickout, pass around the outside, reset
- Someone jacks up a 1 on 1 contest 18 foot jumper.
No movement – ball or player. It’s just ugly and anemic
