It looks like Canzano's Committee of Unamerican Activities witch hunt just kicked up a notch.

More attention for Canzano.

That story of his is going to have more hits than any other he written lately, simply because of the backlash. Which means the Oregonian is getting paid. I don’t have a problem with this myself, but with all the commotion about it, the intent and the results seem to be going in opposite directions, and I find that amusing.

Where can I get a Communist Card?

’Cause that would be awesome.

Disclaimer: everything I know about basketball I learned on Blazersedge.

I don't read,listen, or watch Canzano

so I really have no opinion of him. But good freaking grief I am sick of hearing about him. If you don’t like him, then stop talking about him.

...and that's a good thing

by In Walks Rudy on Nov 27, 2009 12:06 PM PST reply actions

I actually quite enjoy him

There’s something fun to someone as shameless as he is.

I think I might have to start

he seems to be nothing but controversy.

...and that's a good thing

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH

This is so good…one of the best satires I’ve read in a long long time. I love it.

Canzano is just trying to take some of the heat off of his last column

about Roy. This may be a “great satire” as you say but the reason for it is obvious.
He is an ass for calling attention to Roy’s absence during the anthem.

Priceless!

I love a good McCarthy reference, kudos on the photo-shopping! I definitely felt some sort of deep political under-rumblings were present when I listened to his show last week, but it sounded like Canzano was restraining himself from letting loose with his true feelings. He kept saying “I don’t want to talk about the politics side”.

What is ironic is that if you don’t focus on how it politically enrages you, is it a story? I dunno….

where do you get these cards?

and what is the criteria …..I mean do you get sworn in?….I guess my biggest concern about these commies would be;….Can They Play Ball? !!!!!!! Actually I can answer that……..But only in America, where the jury can deliberate for decades…….and still be hung (one way or the other)

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.
