Time to see this game with my ears
Stupid radio.
The Kings have the best bench I’ve seen. There are easily 14 guys on this team good enough for every bench in the league. Now if we could only get some starters, I’d totally jizz in my pants.

Hmm does anyone else think the Grizzlies starting line match up well against us?
Just in terms of size
Steve Blake -————Mike Conley
Brandon Roy -———-OJ Mayo
Martell Webster -—-Rudy Gay
LaMarcus Aldridge—-Zach Randolph
Greg Oden——————-Marc Gasol

That is basically their entire team. They have zero bench presence, while we can turn loose our best point guard and best pure shooter just when they’re getting tired.
Considering the tension between Roy and Zach during their season together
Zach seems to genuinely like Brandon, he’s always seen talking and laughing with him in pre-game.
I think Zach's really a nice guy

I've got no problem with the sub pattern.
Oden usually plays more of the second than most starters, if he stays out of foul trouble. That’s a big if though.

I'll bet you a gazillion dollars he won't.
even if he never fouls again this game, he will still play at MOST 16 second half minutes
How did you guys win that?

Blake has always been bad.
His career year last year was just average for a NBA player.

trying to do too much
I think I’ve seen him doing more dribbling and driving this year than the past two years combined. he really should not be doing that at all.

You now recognize it more. He's this year's Sergio.
Acquiring a better player changes the perception.
Ceterum censeo Lakers esse delendam
Perhaps he'd dribble it up court with seconds left, forget to look behind him
and have the ball knocked out of his hands, back to the other team.
or worse
let in roll up court only to let it get stolen

a depleted bucks squad is
making the thunder look pretty good (not that this helps) I think the bucks are ill with a case of Sefalosha, their Nenads are swollen.

Scratch it up as a loss… take the lumps and move on.

This is what I dont get.
Why did Nate take Webster out when he was hot and not Binky?
And Oden, once again, is a rookie, so non-stop fast break basketball is like fast-forwarding a song while he's trying to learn the lyrics.
Nate sits the hot hand in favor of his rigid rotations.
Note how Hollins played Tinsley almost the entire half.

I guess the Rose Garden is sold out every game so the management just waits.

Because he's Nate McMillan
And if something is working but does not coincide with his game plan, he scraps it.
Life is hilarious.
Memphis looked really well prepared tonight
They’re hitting some nice shots, but a lot of that high FG% are layups thanks to slow Portland defense and good play calling.

Who to blame for the 1st half?
The players mostly. But the rancid offensive system isn’t helping.

well the fact that crappy teams give up leads and good teams turn it up in the 2nd half
this makes it easy for me to believe that we will win, that and i’m not watching the game, what happened to miller?
