KD: Good or Bad? Prof. Winston Refutes Bill Simmons
Saw this on Our dear friend Mr. Abbott's site, but I didn't want to link to a link. Bill Simmons evidently challenged Prof. Winston's statistical look show the "great" KD wasn't a great player last year. Here is a wonderful breakdown by the statistician to show he remains correct. Prof. Winston also thinks Luol Deng is the second-best player in the NBA so far. So, yeah...
He is a bit too in love with his +/- stats that paint an incomplete picture especially over short time frames.
