Does Roy Read Blazers Edge?
"That's great," Roy said. "I'm good with it. I hear everybody is getting mad at me now over this whole Andre thing. I don't know why. ... I never did anything. I've never wanted anything but what's good for the team. It makes me a little sad. But I'm cool."

First rule of Bedge:
Everybody reads Bedge.
"B-Roy is the best shooting guard I have played against"
-Ron Artest
Travis said his friends have told him
how much Blazer fans were “hatin’ on” him, online
So even if #7 and #25 never check BE out, I’m sure they have “interns” that do
It could always be worse, they could play in Chicago and get raked over the Blog-a-Bulls
When reached 40 years of following Portland basketball you have, be as passionate of the Trail Blazers you will not!
Its funny
only way Roy would know that is cause of Forums and Twitter. no one in the RG gonna yell anything negative at him
Rip City Baby...People have no idea what is coming.
Follow my twitter www.twitter.com/PDXBlazersFTW, @PDXBlazersFTW. Lots of random Blazer Posts from links I find around the blogosphere.
well
Dwight and Hoopsworld were hatin’ too.

Well, for whatever reason, it seemed like the team was "getting along" real well tonignt !
And Roy is getting plenty of love in the sidebar to soothe his sadness.
Just great to see the team hitting on all cylinders tonight.
Don’t know all the reasons why, but, please, do continue team.
Great game for coach and players.
"Travis went all wang-dang diddly wubba SPROING wow-wow on everybody " Dave's recap, season opener
I figured he would start misunderstanding the whole "Selfish" statements around here if does read BE
How's that?
Calling someone selfish is a direct (and unfounded) attack on his character from people who base their assessment entirely on conjecture. There isn’t any ambiguity in that. What’s nutty about it is that Roy is about the most unselfish superstar in the league. Someone even opined that he hasn’t married his girlfriend because he’s selfish and wants to keep all the money in the event of a split-up.
That’s like saying: “All we did was call him a POS. I hope he doesn’t think that we dislike him.”
Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed.
many people were calling selfish as a bad joke simply because he is clearly not that way at all. Then a bunch of other people didn’t seem to understand the joke and went crazy filtering everything he said with the thought of him being selfish in mind. It is like a junior high around here sometimes…
My team went to the playoffs in my first year.
You should see Oregon Live.
He’s joined Nate, Blake, and Trout as the proverbial whipping boys.
Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed.
can’t say for sure but i doubt it. it’s possible but not likely in roy’s case.
i think in this specific quote his response was given because of how the question was presented to him. most of the guys have friends/relatives that are on the internet and report back to the players. some players will report to other players. the media and team PR people also interact with the players, so the guys are amazingly well-versed on the arguments/discussions that are out there taking place. but they’re not F5ing BE every 10 minutes.
most players don’t care if there are negative things being written about them and often won’t even acknowledge the possibility unless they feel that it’s something completely incorrect or off-base. i don’t really blame them.
we love you Brandon
Damn the Blazers. Damn them to hell. - 'The Sports Guy' Bill Simmons
It was rip city showtime - fully fantastic - positively Portland - slam bombastic!
I guess this is what happens when you try to coach the team through the media
Lesson learned for Brandon
Blazer Fan
If Brandon Roy or his publicist reads Blazers Edge,
then please sign my microfiber composite NBA basketball that Stern experimented with for 1/2 of your rookie year. I can’t think of a more suitable auto for it. 99% of my childhood autograph collection (at least 1000) was nabbed from storage a couple years back. I’m too old to be chasing down autos, but I just found the little area where players sign sometimes so I’m at least going to try and feel like a kid again.
