I sure hope the Blazers hire Steve Johnson as a big man coach...

I still say Clifford Ray would be a terrific fit for Greg, but that isn’t happening.

In the pregame on 737 he said the Blazers offense makes him mad because they turn the bigs into "picking dummies"....

Just won my vote!!!

We'd see a big man passing to backdoor cutters if he had any input, that's for sure.

Attention Blazers

who are scanning this for illegal links -
WE WILL PAY YOU for the right to stream the games. Please let us do it legally!!!

by sagcat on Nov 23, 2009 7:08 PM PST up reply actions

The Blazers probably don't scan this site personally

You should consider calling them to tell them how you feel. It’s the best way to make sure they understand.

No one

No one takes responsibility for this blackout.
League Pass says it’s blacked out because it is on nationally, and
Dish says it’s blacked out because it is on nationally.

by Jeffe Portland on Nov 23, 2009 7:11 PM PST up reply actions

Correct. It's on nationally on NBA TV

That’s how the broadcasting agreement works. I don’t particularly like it either.

by Timmay! on Nov 23, 2009 7:13 PM PST up reply actions

Uhhh….. so DISH will not carry NBA TV becuase it’s on NBA TV?

by Jeffe Portland on Nov 23, 2009 7:15 PM PST up reply actions

Last time

It was blacked out even though it was an away game.
This is the first year I’ve seen them black out any Blazer games.

by Jeffe Portland on Nov 23, 2009 7:18 PM PST up reply actions

It was blacked out even though it was an away game.

Probably because CSN has local Portland broadcast rights. That’s when you need to yell at the Blazers. They signed the contract with them.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.
