The Kings have the best bench I’ve seen. There are easily 14 guys on this team good enough for every bench in the league. Now if we could only get some starters, I’d totally jizz in my pants.

blake isn't a good basketball player he isn't a champtionship PG and when he doesnt hit his outside shots, which is frequently this season, he is literally useless

Never would have thought it...
but is Roy having a post contract let down? I haven’t given up on him by a long shot, but I will say that those who wanted to anoint him the best Blazer of all time and all that nonsense were way premature. I can’t remember Drexler ever looking this confused, and he had no problem figuring out how to play with other scorers.

he just fits so much better as a starter, playing off the big 3. plus, he allows Roy to play the 2.
still not sure I like Blake over Miller as a starter, but I’m willing to let it go for now. just leave martell in the starting lineup and don’t mess wiht it.

Greg Oden is abetter offensive rebounder, while Joel Przybilla is a better defensive rebounder.
Now, you’re aboslutely right that Oden is a way better passer and hands are a million times softer than Przybilla. On defense, Oden has the potential to someday be better than Przybilla. Right now, though, I’d say they’re equal, with Oden having much more raw ability and Przybilla getting the edge on refined skill.

glad that Martell and Blake are playing well today.
We can win a lot of games this year if they do. However, I’m still really concerned that (a) Blake will let us down in games that matter and (b) Martell is not a long term starter for this team, so he needs to learn to contribute even when he doesn’t start. I support his candidacy to start for now though, until Batum gets back.

I think a Civil War for the Roses is cool. It was a disappointing loss though, for sure.

timbo consistently supports Joel and underrates Oden
about everything else, he overreacts to small sample sizes more than anyone. He’s not particularly consistent.
Yeah, Timbo's lack of consistency threw me off in this instance.
The only thing that Timbo is halfway right about is the reboudning issue — as Joel Przybilla is a more proficient defensive rebounder, while Greg Oden is a more proficient offensive rebounder — aside from that, though, the arguments placed forth by him made it seem like he tossed away his usual script and instead decided to ad-lib a bunch of gibberish.
