i thought you were trying to link to an image to post within your comment

the link you gave is to a page, and then there’s an article and an image right?

so the actual image location is this:

http://boundless.uoregon.edu/cgi-bin/getimage.exe?CISOROOT=/wwdl&CISOPTR=507&DMSCALE=100.00000&DMWIDTH=750&DMHEIGHT=1600&DMX=0&DMY=0&DMTEXT=&REC=10&DMTHUMB=0&DMROTATE=0

Wish I had checked and seen it would be blacked out. Sent a PM for access code but no response from hq9 or 11. /sigh, found an unprotected low res stream that will be taken down at some point. I hate the NBAtv channel, it’s not national tv, it’s crap and no one buys it.

What I am hoping to see from tonight's game...

Improved shooting: Considering how bad last night’s was, It can’t get much worse.

I would also like to see some tight defense. This is the worst offensive team in the league, Portland has to make sure it stays that way. Do not let them get open shots.

But the simple fact is that they are not a high scoring team. If we hit a reasonable percentage, we’ll win.

Ha ha! That's actually a pretty funny adjective...

So, they don't give Ts for hanging on the rim anymore?

if we are going to throw the half court lob

why not use the OTHER point guard in the game – you know, the one who is the “best lob passer in the NBA”

How did you guys win that?

I doubt the same starting lineup will appear for that game.

My team went to the playoffs in my first year.

sadly, martell's benching and subsequent minute production seems to have killed his confidence

he was playing well as a starter. now he’s in funk-town with Rudy and Travis

If Greg oden plays 30+ minutes,

we beat them in their house, comfortably.

So LA and everyone else

gets to play with 2 fouls but not Oden?

Was there a press release about this that I missed?

It's just a fun rule Nate has...

"Rudy is not everyday a shooter," Fernandez said. "He's defense. He's passes. He's assists."

He's being pushed out of his comfort zone...

which is good, he needs to grow as a point guard. He’s only been in the league six years, and he is one of our “veterans” he can still improve and is.

"There are a few teams you have to watch out for in the fourth quarter."
"Yeah, but Portland definitely is not one of them."
