I wonder if you can do write in votes that way? Fernandez anybody?!?!? This may just dilute the votes that the other players would get though.

What makes texting better than voting for free on NBA.com, also once per day if you want to?

Who said anything about it being better? It is simply another way to vote. You can vote from your phone via text any time any where. Wouldn’t it be a good thing to vote from both places? Vote via text records your phone number …. vote on nba.com records your log in and email address (I think).
I guess if you think thats a bad thing then don’t, I will continue to vote both ways. ;-)
