He was horrible last year, but I think shoot first PGs can work. Also, he never really got a legit shot. Given how bad Blake has been, the Blazers might want to think about using Bayless if it continues to be this bad in another 10 games or so.
Problem is that he is the same player as Dre.
Its always nice to have two different style players at a given position…
he's quite different from Dre
Dre can post and is a very good passer. Bayless is much more intense on D (needs to tone that down) and has a nose for one thing— getting to the hoop. Also, Bayless’ college stats suggest his jump shot might be fixable and that he should be a much better shooter than Andre.

What I was thinking is that they both can’t shoot, need the ball, and love to get to the rim. Andre is obviously a better, more experienced player.

LMA shot the ball today, but his defense and rebounding were just flat out awful
Joel has been much worse on D than last year. Outlaw is still Outlaw on D, and neither MIller or Blake is good. Oh, and Nate still doesn’t appear to have a coherent pick and roll D.
Roy 40, LMA 27, Miller 15. That should usually be enough. The rest of the bench was pretty bad unfortunately, and as said the D was really bad.
