Around SBN: Raiders' GM Begins The Purge

In New York City

I need to watch the game tonight! I live i NYC and I am unable to afford NBA League Pass. Does any one know of a bar in the city that caries NBA League Pass and will be showing the game?

NBA.com actually has a list of bars that carry League Pass

http://www.nba.com/features/leaguepass_fanforum_021125.html#newyork

They have lists for other cities as well. I haven’t been to any of these bars, or I’d help you out with a recommendation. Also might want to confirm these by calling first—the list is from 2002.

Tonight we're watching at Croxley's on Ave B between 2nd and 3rd - East Village

We started it last year because we had the same problem you had – it’s actually pretty difficult to find a bar in NY carries League Pass. Join the mailing list to know where the meet ups will be.

About 4 – 8 people show up, usually.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
