Ten Players Who Could Be Moved by the Trade Deadline
Apparently some people took the Marc Spears story as the final word on the situation. I'm calling the whole thing a non-issue by December.

Miller should not get excited.
He is going to be the starter in the long run.
Blake is a much more likely trade IMO.
I heart taxes.

Interesting theory
Make no mistake, the Blazers didn’t want Andre Miller in June and they don’t want him now. After striking out on Hedo Turkoglu, Paul Millsap, David Lee, and Lamar Odom, the Blazers were forced to use their available cap space or they would have lost it next season when the extensions for Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge kicked in.
Only the first two seasons of Miller’s contract are guaranteed while the third year is a team option.
The Blazers will move Miller to bring in the player that they really need—the only question is whether or not it happens in 2010 or 2011.
Well, the Blazers did need a PG upgrade this offseason, and until Andre “fits in” (with Roy, especially) there are going to be questions about his long term future in Portland.
If Nate/KP wanted a younger PG, they could have signed Sessions, instead, and banked the leftover capspace for a lopsided trade.
If another contender loses their starting PG due to a serious injury, I could see KP possibly dangling Miller for a blockbuster deal
When reached 40 years of following Portland basketball you have, be as passionate of the Trail Blazers you will not!
