League Issues Statement re Darius Miles

No mention of the Blazer's statement, although ESPN is reporting the NBA and the PA will discuss the situation next time they meet.

My quick skim of this leads me to believe it will be on the Blazers alone if they want to pursue something against a team that signs Miles, although the duck pond analogy (calm on the surface, churning beneath the water) probably applies to any NBA issued statements on this issue.

You can bet Mike Fennel has his shotgun tuned up and loaded and is headed out for an afternoon of shooting and fun at the duck pond.
This is possible a great move. It's really messy right now, all over espn, and every nba rumor site...
And you know how Stern likes to clean up messes. Maybe everyone gets their way here.
