great stuff from theirt side, thanks!
The Blazers as a whole are far more like my wife than like me in the sense of their physicality on defense.

Depends
Can you really do better than Marion with the RLEC? I wonder what GM’s and players think of Marion? He play’s pretty nice on TV.

im actually in 2 minds
on one hand you have a former all star who can come in and contribute straight away unlike raef, and might provide the veteran defensive present from the forward position we need. if it doesnt work we dont have to resign him.
on the other hand you have a player who is mildly disappointing, who was traded from one of the best teams in the NBA due to personality issues, do we want a potential locker room issue?
a lot to think about this deal

Hope not
John Salmons has game, but he’s a one man army type, who generates his own shots off the dribble. He’s also a volume scorer, unlike Kevin Martin, who can rock 30 on 10-12 shots and a grip of FTs.
Salmons also has griped a lot about his role since KM’s return; that kind of me-firstishness isn’t what this team was built to foster. Will he be happy with 6-10 shots a game within the flow of our (BRoy-initiated) offense? Unlikely.
So two strikes. And the third? He pronounces the “L” in his last name. That’s just weird.
