Ok....I am sitting here at home....I hear kids bumping around the house. I was wondering who has taken the day off from work today, like I have. Now that the holidays are over (took the tree down last night), what are the high points for this early part of this 2009? Is everyone busy putting up their MLK decorations? What about inaguration day.....did you buy your Barrack Obama commerative coin set from Montel yet? Supplies are limited you know!! Anyway ...thank god for the NBA season and playoff football (I will be sure to wear my Darren McFadden jersey and watch the Raiders in the playoffs....uh...what? er....no playoffs?). On that note .....all you Seahawk fans....who will you be watching in the playoffs (or rooting for if you are into the quick switch)??

Is that because

there weren’t all that many comments yesterday? I can’t remember the record for low turnout, but I believe our present host knows something about it. But, yeah, anyhoo, I wasn’t too concerned about it … figured everybody was out skiing or nursing hangovers or whatever. The poster of a junk drawer performs a public service, and I guess I’ve paid my dues.

Let's recap those vents!

Since I’m still unwinding tonight (and avoiding posting in a certain other thread right now since it would just lead to an argument), let’s recap our pre-game vents! With 200 posts in the vent thread, plus at least 200 in the post-game-thread, we have our verdict.

Tominhawaii:

- What was Nate thinking? Check!
- Why is Outlaw such a bonehead? Double Check!
- Stupid refs! Check, but nobody blamed them for the loss.
- Bayless….. wtf! Whiff.
- Come on Nate, Sergio deserves more than 11 minutes, nobody can guard Chris Paul! Whiff.
- Why did Frye get in the game? Whiff. Is Nate trying to lose? Check!

You went 4-3 Tom, not bad.
