So none of us quite made the CR Playoffs this year, which is too bad, but we'll definitely be there next year.
Along those lines, I know this was brought up in a post before but Honka Playboys (formerly Bedgers2) are losing a few players and will be looking to fill slots for two Power Forwards. If you've got a PF/C and are interested in joining one of the top-tier B-Edge operations, PM me (kickbrass) in the in-game mail or leave a post here on the forum.
Other teams feel free to announce openings as well. To look for intra-BEdge candidates to poach from other teams to fill your positions, consult the Google Player Attribute Spreadsheet.

Season High Blocks
Joey Bigdeel had 9 blocks a few nights ago.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.
ONLY TRIPLE DOUBLE OF THE SEASON...

Faint praise
from here too. (See, we JBers have class too.) Actually I think all the teams deserve praise. One team made it to the Pros and 2 to College B, 2 more to College C and ?? I always root for the BE teams except when we’re playing them. Next season should be really interesting.
Hmm, Playboys need a PF. Nah, I couldn’t do that to my teammates. It’s a good team – I couldn’t be happier.

Red Unit looks like it’s going to disperse, or at least be in need of like half a roster. I’ll be at 600 pts by the end of the season, rebounding-defense center. Anyone need a guy?

Hey guys, when I started the CRivals thing, I had a boring desk job that let me train my players and check out strengths of opponents and evaluate the effectiveness of chemsitries and whatnot.
Not so much any more. I have just enough time to spend on the bedge and can’t make much for training anymore. Plus, for what I spend on premium access, I can get two Imperial pints at lucky lab on Mondays.

Leaving CR
No, not me. Did you see the CR forum post from the guy who is leaving because of the rollback? He’s played in 11 games and has under 400 points. Now I can understand leaving because you didn’t realize that it would be so time consuming, but because you can’t keep all your attribute points??? I can understand leaving because they took away your favorite forum and banned your best buddy. I can understand leaving because you want a game with head to head matchups and lots more strategy. But because of rollback?

BlazersEdgers Team is looking for Premium Account players....
Hey guys, we had a pretty decent year. Learned a ton and ended up being in the College Division C after frog-leaping a bunch of teams near the end of the season even with two guys totally going awol on the training.
We were able to coordinate ALL players to have Level Two individual chemistries AND we were able to have Team Chemistries for both units (Level 2 and Level 3). Which is all rocking, but without a full roster of BALLERS who are in it to win it, it was for nothing other than learning and setting up a great season 4.
So with that said, we have five or six players who will be coming back who finished over 700 total points. I am the captain and I am looking for ANY positions of players who are looking to switch or whose teams are dissolving.

I dont think the Odenizers will have enough returners to field a competetive team…
My guy (Travis Bradley) is nothing special.. 545 or so at season end. But if any team wants to take a flyer on him.. He is a great dunker, and he rebounds and shoots 3’s reasonably well. And I do Train everyday, I just can’t always use all the points cause of work and stuff… (I had way too many training points this year).

At the moment
I am staying with the Honka Playboys, we there is a possiblity that we might not have enough players to go full out from the beginning of the season, (something I believe a team must do to make the playoffs). It appears some of the other BEdge teams are in the same boat. What we need to do, if form 1 or 2 serious teams, (meaning teams of only premium players who train all their points everyday) and then let those who want to play, but not as committed, use a 3rd or 4th team to get their fix in. 10 players all with premium access from the beginning can get a huge jump start on the season, and possibly be in the pros from the beginning or atleast within a week.
I am talking about players who currently sit at over 700 Training points and want to make the playoffs in Season 4 because it could be the last one we play in as the NBA season will have started by the time Season 4 ends.
If there are others out there who would wish to do this with me, reply here with your current training points, position, and players name. and we can see if we have enough to make a go of it with either an exsisting BEdge team or a new one.

I imagined there would be some consolidation this year. Here is a breakdown of the BE teams and their known current status for reference. Add your team info to fill in the gaps. This should make it a little easier for players and teams to know where to move/poach.
Red Unit – disbanding
B Edge Odenizers – possibly disbanding?
BEdgers – active. no players needed?
Honka Playboys – active. looking for PFs
BlazersEdgers – active. looking for variety of players.

Just Blaze – active. roster is set. no players needed.
Blazing The Edge – status unknown
Hopefully this would help people get directed to a team if they need one. And if team captains would consider new CR players perhaps they could post that, as there may be people interested in starting in on the game but don’t know where to apply to.

YES…. WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3 POSITIONS TO FILL. Would like a SF, C , and a SG if possible….. at least a SF. We made it to College C and that was done with only about 7 players to be fair. The other 3 were not active. We currently have 6 players above 720 so we are good with training and need players that are committed ( i.e. mutated and do not have a life other than mom’s basement ).
We’re only posting in here for players as we don’t want any of the CR forum jumpers to join. Want to keep it in the blazer fam.

I've mentioned this before
but if there are people interested who haven’t joined CR, go ahead and create your player now and start training (endurance at first) … there’s only a couple more days before we start again, but any points you can accrue now will help your team.
But be warned: it is pretty time consuming at first – to be good player you really need access to a computer 24/7. And consider premium access, particularly at first, as you can line up 5 training sessions at a time instead of two. This next is Momspeak : I’d suggest that hs students and college freshman NOT try for this next season – your classes and homework are much more important … and this stupid game is addictive. Once you are in the flow of schoolwork you will be a better judge of how much time you have and how good you are at time management.
As your player trains each training session takes longer so you aren’t so tied to your computer. We’ve got students on our team and they know what is ahead of them timewise.
Another thing: if you do start the season and find that you don’t like it or don’t have the time – don’t just quit. That’s poor sportsmanship. Tell your teammates that you are going to have to leave and give them a chance to fill your spot. Your player will stay alive and you can train him/her if you wish, but he won’t be affiliated with a team. You can join a team at any time.
Each season is about 45 days.

Rollback and Maximizing your players attributes for next season....
I got this from the main forum…
- Rollback is as follows.
Base Stat + Ending Stat * (.25 + (.05 * (Number of Seasons Played – 1))) + Awards and Bonuses earned from all seasons
If you want your “best situation” so that you don’t lose out on any partial points, here’s the scheme.
Players who started in season 1 need to end all stats so they can be divided by 20. (20, 40, 60, 80, ….etc)
Players who started in season 2 need to end all stats so they can be divided by 10. (50, 60, 70, 80, ….etc)
Players who started in season 3 need to end all stats so they can be divided by 4. (60, 64, 68, 72, ….etc)

ok.... so I got the 4 as this was my first season......

link in the main CR forum. Much easier on the brain … All you do is enter how many season you’ve played and your ending (or current) stats for each attribute. Magic.

Which at heart I feel is lame but without teammates there is no Red Unit. So, I will offer my services to whomever is in need of a starter on a mid-level to starter/backup on top tier team. Will Dunkonya will be ending the season at just over 700, primarily focusing on Defense and Speed but for the most part is very well rounded.

We need players at all positions! Password is oden4prez if you are interested, the idea is to have it be a sort of farm team for other b-edge teams that are farther along such as BlazersEdgers and Bedgers, but still be competitive hopefully in the College ranks.
You may need to send out a bunch of messages
There are probably a fair number of players still on one of the half-full teams that don’t read this thread on a regular basis. You’ll probably have to message them individually to get them to join up.

I was wondering who moved up or down the most in the rankings with the rollback. I went from 129 to 1037.

My bro and I are looking to move off of our team and onto a Bedge team. we are both premium, i am 7’1 defense reb blk oriented, he is 5’11 def speed passing ball handling oriented. already pumping endurance, and both above 410 right now. please let me know if you are interested. we are on the merritt island mustangs currently, which is College C.

Openings
B Edge Odenizers and Blazing The Edge both have two open spots. However I don’t think the captains of those teams have posted here since season 3 ended. Are those teams going to active this season? Anyone?
Otherwise the only openings I see on the other 5 remaining teams is one slot on Honka Playboys.
