You know what I liked about that video...
Katy Brown asks Rudy a question which he cleary didn’t understand because of the noise and the language barrier. Rather than just moving on to the next non-answer, she rephrases the question, leans in and speaks distinctly. This time Rudy understand and gives an answer.
How stupidly simple is that…but I think it’s the first time I have ever seen that in an interview of a sports personality…or politician….or local dogcatcher.
It shouldn’t be so surprising. Good for you, Katy Brown. Thank you.
