Im not a fan
I live in Dallas now,, you dont hear about the mavericks too much down here out of season because of the 8 major college and the nfl team taking the spot light and we arent even going to go into the high school foot ball, with the air conditioned luxury suites and press boxes... I worked in san antonio for a week... all I heard were complaints about manu playing in the olympics and how they were going to be in trouble in the western confernce finals.. the more I hear thier pompous bull crap , the more I realize how much i love my blazers... having a sweet team ,(the deepest in the history of the league is what is circulating in these parts by the way,, they do know about the blazers here because of lamarcus ) is icing on the cake..im not a fan im a blazer,,and ill be one if we go on this 12 year run or end up in the lottery again 12 times.. no matter where we end up or where I end up im a blazer just sayin

how can anyone
hear any scuttlebutt with everyone firing off their six shooters and hollering “yeehaw!” all the time? I honestly dont know how any work gets done around there.
Life is exhausting when you are this stupid.

Don't they consider that a job?
and the commute is driving enormous SUVs and Pick-ups around cattle and oil drills.

No really; San Antonio is a nice place
I met my wife and married her there. Oh wait; maybe that unfairly biases my opinion.

That San Antonio is a nice place or that he met his wife there?

Odd request
We don’t have a web page for our wedding. As for San Antonio, try it some time if you haven’t; the pace of life is wonderful.
I am not in any way a Spurs fan. Basketball is a recent interest instilled by the acquisition of one Greg Oden. I have never had a serious addiction to any team in any sport prior to the Blazers winning the ping pong balls that brought him here. After watching them last year, I can say this is a pretty cool sport, and admit to great admiration for the skill of these athletes. Simply amazing.

Sorry
It’s a running joke here. People ask for links when someone will say they saw something on the front page of ESPN. So now others ask for a link when there is no link possible. I was just being silly.

Nothing is true ...
… unless you can post the link.
I hope that doesn’t make jaywalker single.

True
I just find it hilarious that people found their way to this blog but they don’t know how to do a Google search.

I live in San Antonio
I am here for law school. They really are passionate about the spurs here, but I wouldn’t say they are pompous. Besides, they REALLY hate the L*kers here.~Nathan

I was only in san antonio for a week

Interesting post
I found your writing style quite captivating. It felt as if I could hear your voice. I’m glad that a lot of people are going to see your post given its attention grabbing headline, “Im not a fan”.
Any other stories about Texas high school football I would love to read.

You are a clever writer
And we appreciate your fan-from-afar sojourn. We here in Portland are going to pass the hat and buy your keypad an apostrophe key.
