I don't buy LAC as a contender.

As I stated on Ben’s main post about the Denver trade, LAC basically gave up Brand and Maggette and got Gordon, BD and Camby in return. I don’t think that’s good enough to contend for the playoffs in the West. Think about it, Dallas and Houston haven’t gotten worse, while LAC arguably has by losing a proven scorer and a dominant big man.

My order:

1. Fakers
2. Hornets/Spurs push
4. Utah
5. Portland/Phoenix push
7. Houston
8. Dallas
