Around SBN: Explaining Jeremy Lin's Early, Surprising Success

where do you get your info from?

I asked this question once before..what sites should a blazer fanatic look at each morning with the hot cup of java near by.. its evident that we all look at Oregon live and  most of us  check real gm.   I go to   http://www.hoopsworld.com  every now and then   http://www.hoopsworld.com/ is pretty intresting at this time of year.... http://www.prosportsdaily.com/nba/nba.html   has some intresting things to say if you truly love the game and blazer content is not hard to find   all blazer fans owe it to themselves to peruse this site   http://www.clubblazers.com/   and insider news is pretty frequent here      http://www.ripcityforever.com/      can anyone else add to my pleasure it would be greatly appreciated  thanks

Now i am aware that this is a subject that  has been addressed but i need to just put my 2 cents in..I posted that "baddest man on the planet " post on purpose.. It was a one man protest to say that blazer fans come in all colors, sizes, and  educational back grounds.  I am sure that there are blazer fans who cant even read  or write  (my grand father was one god rest his soul  and im not ashamed to admit it) what makes you think that because a person dosent express themselves in an eloquent and  formal way  that their opinions are not worthy of consideration.. what you are doing is making people who are timid and meek scared to say any thing, and in my opinion that dilutes this site,   I would never stoop so low as to assassinate  the character  of those offenders and say something like "you probably have the personality of a door knob"  I would never do that,  I wanted to go and look at the  collection of posts  of the edgers who are so preocupied and see what meaningful contributions  do they make to this site.. but unfortunately I dont own any hip boots..

thanks for letting  me vent,, I apologize  to Dave and Ben..

oh yea I think I need to say my obligatory "SHO NUFF"

Hoopshype:Rumors

http://hoopshype.com/rumors.htm

I read this everyday. 3 or 4 minutes and I have the gist of each story (on ALL teams) for that day on the web. (I’m sure that it’s not every story, but it’s darn close to it.) It does take a little more time during the season, because there are just more articles out there.

The order that I look at things are:

1) BE
2) Oregonlive—Blazer page
3) Hoopshype: Rumors

In about 10 minutes, I can see what’s out there.

Wow. I've never seen the rumors page.

Great link!

My favorite teams are the Blazers and any team that is playing the Lakers.

That's the only page

on Hoopshype worth looking at. I read it nearly every day. Also read RealGM, Ball Don’t Lie, FreeDarko, OLive, Casey’s Blazer Blog, BE of course and Basketbawful for fun. Seems like there’s one I’m forgetting…....

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
