A large helping of Crow

In a recent FanPost tread I stated that I didn't believe that any GM was stupid enough to trade Rose - I WAS WRONG! Apparently Paxson is stupid enough to trade Rose if he picks him - Rose? Sure. For Aldridge? - DUH! As for me, my Sunday dinner will be a large plate of crow. Maybe with enough herbs and spices I can gag it down. All I can hope for is that KP doesn't want Rose enough to trade my main man LMA. My most sincere and humble apologies to those I have been pig-headed enough to argue with on Bedge. Please forgive me! I will commence sulking and finger nail chewing until I am absolutely sure that LMA is in the clear.

I remember asking

during a game day thread just how good was Lamarcus going to be and you said he was going to be very very good, in fact without quoting you implied Lamarcus was going to be one of the best PF’s in the league.

Now it would be genious for KP to trade him for thee PG in the draft? Wile E. Coyote genius I agree.

I think I've said this before

You may be slightly overvaluing a trade for Rose. I am not saying he won’t be good, he may prove to be a franchise PG. But, my point is, I think LMA is going to get much better over the next 2-3 seasons. We know his character, work ethic, his chemistry is good with the rest of the team, Oden and Aldridge on the floor together is going to be something special. It has been said many times that his “ceiling” could be higher than Roy’s when all is said and done.
I don’t think you give up on the dream of the big three before we even get to see them together. Especially with what we have seen from LMA so far.
