Speaking of Terry Porter ...
Looks like he's the first to interview for the Suns vacancy! Now really, who saw that one coming?

Pretty neat, huh? I thought he got sort of a bum rap in Milwaukee. This could be huge for him if he gets to show he can coach a team that is actually good. My prediction: everyone writes them off and says they'll miss the playoffs, and they end up around the 6th seed just ahead of the Blazers.
All I can say is best of luck to him and who knows, maybe he can even show Nash a thing or two?

Cool beans!
I wish Terry all the best in the world. Not so much the Suns though. I wish them mediocre, or wherever is below us.

hmm
I love TP…but looks like Steve Kerr really messed things up down there. It’s not like Terry is going to build a team and watch it grow…he’s gotta win and coach a unique style of play as well as learn to incorporate Shaq. Looks like tough shoes to fill.

He can do it.
But we will beat him the playoffs

I thought Steve didn't want to change the style too much?
I don’t think Porter would coach in that style, but I could be wrong. Funny that there would be two former Blazers in that office, or is it just popular to bring in anyone who had any experience with the Spurs?

If he takes the job, it could jeopardize his coaching future...
Then again, it could cement it.
Best of luck, TP.
