nba.com review of blazers...

http://www.nba.com/aroundtheassociation/regular_season_review_blazers.html

Nice read, nothing we don't already know.  Only 2 errors that I caught.

"They also inked starting point guard Steve Blake and re-signed swingman Martell Webster to complete the league's youngest roster, which has an average age of 24."

Travis, Not Martel... and

"LaMarcus Aldridge is averaging a team-high 7.6 rebounds."

Joel's average is 8.4

How often are there Blazer related articles that are 100% correct?

Well...
...at least they said Martell Webster and not Bo Outlaw.

Whenever you read news articles about something
you're familiar with, you realize that all news articles get tons of details wrong. Sports is really one of the things that journalists do best, since they employ people who are experts in the field. Articles about anything else, or god forbid TV news segments, are lucky if they get half the stuff right.

Agree. When I read what they write
about something I know well, then I realize what they are usually doing with all.

L*ker game recaps
It's a small thing but it got irritating reading recaps of our last game and almost all of them said Aldridge had 11 instead of 16 boards.  It's amazing how some of these sites repackage like it's their own when they just regurgitated somebody else's work.

I saw that too.. and it just makes me
wonder if people mess up on purpose sometimes?  Seems like the "errors" or misprints that have to do with the Blazers are ones that never give us full credit.  When was the last time anybody saw a site claiming that a Blazer got 16 boards when they really got 11?  Or anything that gives us credit for that matter?  Conspiracy....
