Essentially, I argued that Aldridge was having a solid Sophomore season but one I still classified as disappointing- I hadn't seen a lot of improvement from November to March.

Since then, here are his pts and rebs numbers in 9 games:

That's an average of 24 and 7.7, while shooting 58% (above 50% in all 9 games) from the field.  This is a very exciting development.  If Aldridge can consistently provide this type of production and efficiency next year, the Blazers are going to be awfully tough to deal with, even while Oden struggles through some growing pains.  When the big fella "arrives," look out.
