Now here is the two-bit question. What is more important to you, developing players, or developing a winning culture and finishing strong? Both are important to build towards next year.

The two-bit question...
I don't think we will spend any more time developing players than we have been. The season is already too short.
I think we will continue developing the winning culture. The goals are many and will be sought after until they are unreachable.
The one hundreth of a percent chance of a Play Off birth is still there. Like being down by eight with nine seconds left in the game. It will be chased until the final whistle blows.
Then we most likely still have a chance to tie The Nugs. With the same Win/Loss record the PTB claim second place in the NW Division.
We will play to win 45 games this year. Then 44, 43 until we are playing for a winning record.
Those are the High goals. We want to beat the L*kers, the good teams, the teams we should beat. End the season with a Win.
I don't think there is any room left for developing Players any more than we are now.
