Some Home Cooked Roy Love.

Since it is so close to Valentine's Day, I thought some love for the All-Star would be nice. So, here's my idea, lets share all the things that we love about Brandon Roy. I'll get the ball rolling.

  • He does not make the punk faces after every shot (like A.I.)
  • He is ALWAYS aware of where his body is on the court (has he ever stepped out of bounds starting a drive?).
  • -He seems to be a family oriented guy that loves his family.

    I love Brandon because
    • he once saved a young child from a burning building on his way to the rim.

    • on occasion he's been known to hit three pointers to win games that he was watching at home on television.

    • he was walking along burnside one day, and got run over by a taxi. The amazing thing is that he still made the shot.

    Nope
In fact, Chuck Norris wears Brandon Roy pajamas.
Brandon Roy is so good, even when he tries to miss a free throw, he makes it.

    No
I think you are clearly confusing Chuck Norris with Brandon Roy. Which is a pretty difficult thing to do, one dominates the universe with incredible speed, unbelievable strength, and once resurrected Bruce Lee just to show that he could beat him in an arm wrestling match, and the other made Delta Force.

    And yet...
He didn't get a T for complaining about it.  He just stole the ball from the taxi on the next possession and dunked it in the Max's face.

    I heard
Roy bottles his farts and uses them to heat an orphanage.

    I heard
you were doing nothing in USA against global warming, so that´s finally is true. We euros hold our farts, so protect the Earth against those emisions, and when we die we can be cremated easely, don´t need any gas or fuel. Yes, we are smoking all time, but what can we do to not smell that stink?.
I like Brandon Roy, whatever planet he comes from. (Bill Walton?)

    So...
not only do you smoke, but you're highly flamable.

If there are ever any major fires in europe, we will now know the reason why.

    You always thought
that "Europe in flames" was a reference to war.

    It's true!
My nephew lives at that orphanage.  He says the farts smell like chocoate chip cookies.

Man, I guess this diary was a bad idea!
    Here's another one.

Good mid-range shooter. We haven't had one of those since...I don't know when.

    Weird
I thought Brandon didn't really hit the bars.

    I love
That Brandon Roy is a Shawn Marion body double...and I can never find anyone to agree with me.

I'm a fan of the fact
That BRoy was ROY and BRoy rhymes with love toy, and that my girlfriend loves him enough to want to turn him into one.

Wait... no... that's bad for me.

    I love the fact that
He can beat Noah on a jump ball, and block C. Anthony's shot.

    Myspace
I used to work behind the Blazer bench for a few years (up until the end last year; I moved...) and when I first got onto myspace I thought I found Brandon...
"Yo Brandon, we're friends on myspace!"
Brandon: "I'm not on myspace, man. That's a phony."

    Right.

I also love the that he's one of the best, most versatile closers in the game. In his second season no less.
