KG is a jerk...

Bayless shows an awful amount of maturity … Garnett should be fined $456,992 and suspended 10 games…seriously, this should be sent to the league office.

A fine and suspension wouldn't change him

My border collie mix has more intelligence than this guy. The only way he’ll respond is with physical play. Not cheap but definitely physical

Yeah but a shiner would make KG look a lot better

…especially coming from a guy 8 inches shorter than him.

This is what Lucas would do. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0aPkIE2qK0

Wow.

I like that Bayless went right at ’em and hit that first shot. He was not intimidated.

Is it about time Bayless started getting some minutes?

I actually think we will see him start playing more after that game. He looked good.

I'm all for some developmental minutes

until he can show he can get the ball to the open guys, then some real minutes.

This is what Lucas would do. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0aPkIE2qK0

That would be the most constructive thing to come out of last night's game imo.

In the vein of getting a glimpse of Batum because of Martell’s injury

KG is a Douche Bag!

I say that we finally know what Ike is for: Drop the Hammer on KG!

So what if he gets suspended for a few games. I am sure that Paul Allen can find a way to reward him!

Do you want to win or not?

If barking is over the line, then how about taunts about mother, manhood, or race? If you allow those to become triggers to violence then other teams will pull them. And violence won’t contain itself to the scrubs. Core players will be lost for key games. In the pressure cooker of playoff series its even worse.

If you tell your team that it is okay in some cases to respond to taunting with violence, then you can’t blame them for not drawing the line at the same place you would. You can’t blame them for not seeing the shades of gray in the same way you do.

Bayless handled it perfectly. He took it hard to the rack, drew the foul and then when KG tried to get in his face he walked through KG’s chest without even looking at him. It was just enough contact to let KG know he was in no way intimidated.

You don’t want your players to be thinking about how best to get in a cheapshot as a payback. When you take that off the table the player has one avenue of revenge, putting the ball in the basket. As a fan, that’s what matters to me.

Just win. Then the barking and creeping doesn’t really mean anything.

have you ever played sports?

maybe we can get the celtics and blazers together for therapy? work out our differences with thoughtful dialog? I dont condone violence but in sports you have to have respect for the team the celtics have no respect for us that game changed nothing.

Amen to that.

Do you think Crossing the line will make Blazers great? No…
How about if The other 27 teams cross the line as you wanted to do?
Fans are always having diff thinking than the players itself, who is actually playing the game. They Know how to handle themselves as a player as a gamer.
We Fans are always for Vengeance..
Let us see some Futbol (Soccer) matches on Europe, and how the Fans behave.
The only difference on us between those Fans?? Where not throwing coins and bottles, we just into talking.. And im glad for that, that no one getting hurt even we’re always talking about vengeance and Physically hurting someone (players will not listen to us too).

ever heard of sportsmanship?

lol what a loser, attacking a 3rd string rookie. If he really had any guts it would be to lamarcus or brandon or something.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.
