strength of schedule in those games as well.
if you’re playing cupcake teams, you need to win by larger margins to make up for the soft SoS. but road games should be factored as well, so the margin doesn’t need to be as large.

the part about point differential
yes, this improves over the season, but this is a smaller margin than over the last 10 games. so our 10 game point differential (which hollinger emphasizes) has just dropped. as did our SoS.
i don’t know his weighting system exactly, but i don’t think the fact that this was a road W makes up for those differentials.
of course the easiest thing to do is to look at our power ranking score now and then tomorrow to see how it changes.

Our Homers were predicting around 8 - 9 wins at this stage of schedule
in preseason. and around 10-12 wins in the first 24 games.
we are 14-6 in the first 20 games. hopefully we can continue our hot streak and then keep cruising in the bit easier part of schedule
