Around SBN: Kobe Bryant Isn't Up To Speed On Jeremy Lin, 'Linning'

Former Duck and Blazer Fred Jones was picked up by the Clips. I was shocked he didn't get a contract in the offseason, and am glad to see him get one now. The Clips are pretty bad, so he should get ample opportunity to earn some PT there. He's a decent defensive player and a good slasher type reserve, he just can't fall in love with the 3pt. line.

He is so good in NBA 2k7

The Kings have the best bench I’ve seen. There are easily 14 guys on this team good enough for every bench in the league. Now if we could only get some starters, I’d totally jizz in my pants.

Horrible shot, but he had some crazy dunks while he was here.

I know freddy personally

He is a great guy and one heck of a physical specimen. Im glad he got a shot with the clips and hope he makes the most of it. i will never forget when i saw freddy in high school at a dunk comp in boise idaho at my uncles basketball tournament in the finals he jumped over a 3 row ball rack and one handed a monster dunk. /the crowd went crazy and he won it all.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
