its not like he was like this all year. The last half dozen games he’s made some bad decisions.
I still think the rest of the team doesn’t do him any favors with the worst outside D in the league.

Anyone know why this game is blacked out on DirecTV? It’s on the “Altitude” network, which comes as part of their Sports package, but it’s blacked out for me – in Washington DC!

roy calls for the ball…it’s fairly obvious that play was designed for roy (as it should be)

I think the bigger problem might be that Rudy has been playing with Ricky Rubio for such a long time that he’s used to more fluid ball movement. Sergio is closer to that idea, but I think Travis Outlaw is kind of the antithesis to fluid ball movement. I’d like to see Sergio/Rudy/Batum, I think that would be much better ball movement.
well I wouldn't call out the whole team on this,
big men take the lead from their guards. If their guards fall in love with the iso, they will be likely to do the same thing. I think the problem is that Roy’s court vision has become a little overrated. He just isn’t aggressive enough in feeding cutting wing players when we’re in the half court sets. (This may be because nobody on our team except for Rudy cuts as much as they should).

The thing that puzzles me is actually how he was able to stay in games SO LONG earlier in the year.
I mean, tonight was a joke — 5 fouls in 8 minutes is the kind of thing you see in college from the end-of-the-bench 7’2" schleb from British Columbia that has to have an assistant coach tie his shoes for him — Oden isn’t like THAT. But he’s always looked really awkward to me and it was really surprising that he could stay in for 30 or 35 minutes a game. Keeping Joel out that long is BAD for this team, as is finally becoming clear… So I’m not complaining about Oden being foul prone — just saying that the thing that surprises me isn’t that he’s had trouble lately, but rather that he DIDN’T have trouble earlier.

it’s a good sign. Maybe without Melo they’re not great, but they played hard to cover his absence. Blazers really should have lost that game, but they pulled it together late and took control. Very nice job.

I know he doesn’t want to leave Seattle, but Portland is close enough. The one positive to moving up here to Seattle a few years ago was getting to listen to him call play by play games. Shonz is and always will be my favorite, but the few years I got to hear Kevin call games I quickly understood why everyone in the business loves him.

Kenyon Martin patted Blake on the head. Kinda random.
The Kings have the best bench I’ve seen. There are easily 14 guys on this team good enough for every bench in the league. Now if we could only get some starters, I’d totally jizz in my pants.

Kenyon was giving it to him as kind of a “nice shot against my D” moment while running upcourt.
I've never been a fan of Kenyon.
But it seems like he is a pretty nice guy. Doesn’t scream at people, is pretty easy going, and doesn’t take the game incredibly seriously.
