"Left Out" Poll! Who Are Ya?
I'm wondering how all we Edgers are affected by the Comcast fiasco. I tried to consider all possible situations but it taxed my limited brain power (smoke was rolling out my ears). An assumption I made was that even if/when CSNW becomes available to the satellite companies, it will not be available to distant locations such as Dave's house. That seems logical to me but it may be wrong. Still I hope I've covered most situations.

Satellite & Charter cable are the only providers
In my area of the Oregon Coast. Neither provide CSNNW at any cost.
CSNNW has done a very good job of blocking any other legal broadcast of a PTB Game in my area ![]()

I'm being bent over also
I would def. pay whatever was asked to be able to watch the blazers on league pass or comcast, but I won’t move into town. The league pass Blazer blackout to Oregonians is extremely irritating. I’ve been watch internet feeds of the games, but would much rather DVR them and watch the game after the kids go to bed.

comcast does my phone, internet & cable
so i see all the games no problem — i’m sorry that others have trouble.

Mine is a variation of the first choice...
Comcast Extended Basic (which includes CSNNW) is built into my monthly rent so I simply ran a coaxial cable from the jack to my TV. (No Brainer)

Option 3
I live in NEP, and chose DirecTV for it’s overall sports package. Rely on work tics, quality web feeds, and friends for most games

Live in LA
Get DirecTV and NBA League Pass. Even if the Blazers Comcast channel was available to me, I’d still get League Pass because I enjoy watching as many games as I can.
DirecTV and League Pass has been pretty much flawless for me until semi-recently, when the end of the PHX game was cut off and the entire game against the Clippers didn’t switch on for me. Unfortunately, both were games I recorded and didn’t watch live, so I couldn’t call in to DirecTV and yell at someone to turn the game back on.
Us out-of-towners might be the only ones not affected by the Comcast situation, but I certainly sympathize. I get upset enough when DirecTV messes up and I miss a quarter; I dunno what I’d do if I couldn’t watch every game.

Me too sort of, I have cable and League Pass
About half my channels were out for the last Sacramento game, including League Pass. I’ve been meaning to call them and say I want A $5 credit on my bill, or something like that.

Here in Bend...
Comcast and BendBroadband reached a deal about a month ago. After being without for over a year, I am loving it. I also sympathize with those still without.

I just found out (through a fellow BE'r) that CCSNW is availble up here
in Seattle.
Before that I’d catch games on the weekends I came home to Portland, the nationally televised games and sometimes by streaming video feed over the computer.
I have to sign up for a new package to get it and they are going to have to install a box (I don’t use one now for basic cable). So I haven’t gotten around to scheduling hookup yet.
Good news just came in. Because of the snow, the Xmas party I was scheduled to go to has been cancelled. So I can catch tonight’s game.

Don't have TV, AND am out of the country (up in Canada).
Coming back to Portland, and prefer to see games at bars.
So all I care is that the games are up on the screens at all finer taverns in the Greater Portland Metropolitan Area.
