Your Podcast Fix
Here's your weekly Wednesday podcast from Casey Holdahl at the Center Court Blog and my little self. Gavin Dawson was MIA this week due to an unfortunate incident with some Oompah Loompahs and a tub of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter". I'm sure he'll rejoin us next week. In the meantime Casey and I rocked the mic with discussion about the Blazer starting backcourt, Martell Webster, Jerryd Bayless, contracts, and the games from the past week and upcoming this weekend.
You can download the .mp3 here or click on the link to Casey's awesome blog above to stream it.

If Oden is out
it has a chance to be. Baron and Ricky Davis aren’t going to score 10 and 2.3 points per game forever. Nor will they shoot 39% from the field and 26% from the arc all season.
The bottom line is you’re not seeing either team’s best offense right now but you’re seeing L.A. farther below its potential mark than Portland. That’s offensively though. Defensively Portland should be better than L.A. and overall should end up a better team.

If I remember
the context of the subject correctly, the general point was that the Jazz made the Clips look bad on offense. Everybody is saying how much they stink, but playing Utah had something to do with that. That has bearing on tonight’s game between the Jazz and Blazers.

Howcome there is no more talk about the 15th roster spot?
