Around SBN: Knicks Beat Lakers With Familiar Strategy

OK so maybe I am not calling it but buzzerbeater.com is. was just on hoopsworld and found this link:

http://www.hoopsworld.com/Story.asp?story_id=10758

I havent had a chance to go and play with the the site but it looks pretty cool. They ran 10k simulations and the blazers won by an average of 14 pts 104-90 so we will see how correct they are.

It also states that Nate should use Travis this game as he should be very effective against the hornets and Byron should find someone who can hit outside, perhaps Peja.

interesting toy, thanks

ESPN Accuscore has us winning 65 percent of the time also.

Point Differential

This sort of thing is based on point differential, which is skewed by our recent blowout victories.

Though, our recent blowout victories are because WE ARE TOTALLY AWESOME. So then, maybe we /will/ win by 14.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
