Jody Patton (sometimes Jo Allen Patton) is very involved in her brother’s ventures. She’s the President and CEO of Vulcan, Inc. as well as the Co-founder and President of Paul G. Allen Family Foundations.

 I commented to my friend that he must be off on some hot international business deal. It never entered my mind that it might be health related. I hope that it is nothing serious and he’ll be back courtside soon. Laughed at the clip they showed last night of Shaq nearly ending up in his lap.

Last week it was the Herbie Hancock award (U2 was in the house, cause they consider him a friend), now another one. The guy gets around. Hope it’s not serious.
