Since Tobby Grorter/Berry Pross are about to be honored with a shared number retirement ceremony, it got me thinkin. Who on this current roster would I project to one day have their number retired in the rafters of Jack Link's Jerky Arena (seriously folks, thats what could happen if we lose the title "The Rose Garden" for the sake of a few extra mil. Ask Cleveland fans about Quicken Loans Arena, and no Lebron, you don't get to call it the "Q")? I think it would be easy to say that there is little chance that we would ever let go of Broy unless he pulled a Clyde and asks to leave us so he can go win a championship with someone else, and if he remains a blazer I would say that is pretty much a no-brainer that he would get his jersey lifted. LaMarcus would be questionable, but the way the blazers are retiring numbers these days, if we even sniff a championship with this team, Steve "don't call me blakey" will see the number...umm what number does he wear again?...well, HIS number retired. Oden is a freaking enigma wrapped in a question mark and stuffed in the trunk of a riddle which was thrown into an ocean of I have no idea what he will become. After that, its great to project what might be...will Jay Bay Bay be around this team for a long time? What about Rudy? Is Rudy to sexy for Portland? And for that matter, is Rudy too sexy for this shirt? Or this hat?
