Oden to appear in political ads for Obama
Oden filmed a series of commercials on Saturday in an attempt to get voters in Ohio and Indiana to vote for Obama. He officially endorsed Obama in February. Now it looks like he's taking a more active role in the campaign.

Makes me love him all the more!
Not only is he going to dominate the key, but he is going to be a key to turning around this country. Yes, we can!

Reportedly he wanted to wear a t-shirt depicting a caricature of Obama dunking on McCain

Both John McCain and Barack Obama ...
are fiscally imprudent politicians, which is exemplified by them being corporate sellouts in light of their bipartisan support toward the farcical Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (a.k.a., “the bailout”). As an American, I personally prefer free-thinking, individualistic Congresspersons like palelibertarian Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX), left-leaning populist Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), and democratic socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) — as well as non-mainstream presidential candidates like 2004 Libertarian Party presidential nominee Michael Badnarik, who got my vote four years ago due to his minarchist platform — but that’s just my viewpoint.
Regarding Greg Oden, though, it’s cool that a pro athlete is passionate about politics in any way, shape, or form.

Who cares about that!
What bothers me are his views on gay marriage, the death penalty, welfare, DVDA, and abortion.

Apropos of the so-called culture war, people definitely have differing viewpoints.
For example, I strongly believe that the governmental institution of marriage should be abolished at the federal, state, and municipal levels. That’s ‘cause marriage is unquestionably a religious ceremony — regardless of whether or not such a union is under the label of Christianity, Judaism, Islam, et cetera — ergo, it’s an unconstitutional practice according to the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.
Despite my judicial philosophy of strict constructionism and political ideology of social progressivism concerning this issue, I understand that most folks disagree with me — although the masses’ naïveté shouldn’t be an issue here, for their ignorance doesn’t change the fact that the United States Constitution is an irreligious, secular document that’s the supreme law of the land — and I’ve just got to deal with it.
On a side note, I accidentally misspelled the word paleolibertarian in my previous post.
