Wohoo! Together is the online league pass for the US that's great news for customers away from a TV or in a country with crappy NBA TV coverage
Finally the NBA is getting it that it can make money with some of their loyal fans.

Update: It's not quite the same product as the US league pass broadband
E.g. the option to also see the boxscore is missing and the window is a bit uncomfortable (e.g. for using Blazers Edge at the same time). But the quality is okay (640×480). And there seem to be ALL games on from all channels incl. TNT and ESPN (except for locally applicable blackouts).

Er...how could there be a local blackout for in an overseas market?

Easy: When the game is also broadcast on a channel in that country (on free or pay tv)
In this case, local = national. Could happen e.g. in Spain, UK, France, Brazil, … were the NBA has local distribution contracts. If they show it on TV, this game would be blacked out.
