I don't know what the best English translation might be

but the Google translation “we want to make war” seems perfect to me.

Agreed.

Do not make any corrections to the sentence in question amlmart1, cbp, or any other lurking Spaniards or Spanish speakers out there.

The sentence is perfect just as Google translated it.

I wouldn't dare to do it.

In spanish “dar guerra” (to give trouble to someone) is a very colloquial and common sentence which is not offensive by no mean.

Yep. I like "make war" better :-p

LA... Make War

It sounds like our “Beat LA” chant at the airport got Rudy’s attention after all.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
