Man, the training video is long. Really nice to see what's going on.
Though the angle and quality makes it a bit difficult to judge who does what how well, etc. Blake looks competitive, but Bayless and Sergio not much worse. Ike is surprisingly mobile. Hill is hustling.
Those benches are dangerously close, another guy crashed into one after Rudy already did so in the first workout.
