I am at work this morning lamenting the fact that I cannot reply to posts. Something to do with the Firewall they use here is not letting the site format correctly. So I can post but not reply directly to posts. Weird. Doesn't matter which browser I use. My productivity has rose do to this and that is WRONG. If this ever is resolved, I can return to my slacker ways....but the way things are going I will probably get a promotion instead. Dang it@!!!

Yup

I can’t go to YouTube at work so I go to www.atunnel.com and put in the links folks post on Blazer’s Edge and watch them. Sometimes it is not perfect, I can go to www.myspace.com but cannot check my mail. I hardly ever go there so it’s no biggy, I just have some friends on the mainland who send me e-mails there in the mornings and I forget to check it when I get home.

I'm going

My buddy bought a Jimmy Chitwood jersey on e-bay, so that’s his costume. I bought a headband, and got a hold of some rec specs so I can go as Buck Williams. But I’m still looking for a jersey and a high top fade wig. If anyone can help in either of those departments I would be much obliged. The only other problem is that the rec specs are my friends and i think they’re prescription. So I hope they’re not to strong and i can still see the floor with them on.

We have two other tickets and i don’t know whose going to use them yet, but we’ll make them dress up as something as well. I once went as Sheed for Halloween and I think I still have the wig with a white spray paint spot on the back to go with the jersey. So someone will probably be wearing that.

Opening Night

They do special introductions where they introduce the whole team and have them walk down the steps in the 100 level. There is usually a short speech from someone. At least, that’s what happened last year. Plus, opening night has a special buzz about it, which is the best thing of all. It’s pretty awesome. As for costumes, I’m just as interested to see what happens with that. I’m not dressing up though. Although, if I had a tuxedo at my immediate, free disposal, I would think about it.

i can honestly say mcfadden's (i think that's the one) would be a good place

they have happy hour EVERY blazer game, and it’s right off the max stop on the west side, then all you have to do is hop on the max or, as I do, walk across the steel bridge

they have these little sliders that are scrumptious! And who doesn’t love a mini burger?!

they also have a miraiad of micro brews, and big screen’s with sports on?

Oh I got another one!!!!!! The Ash St saloon! Has $1 PBR's from 3 till 7 i think!

ONE DOLLAR PBR’s!>!??!?!? Are you kidding me!? No i’m not Andy, I was there two pre-season’s ago, it was a friday, Sophia bought me lunch, then I proceeded to down $1 PBR’s at the Ash St saloon like they were, well, $1! And they have the usual fried goodies, like chicken strips and get this, Grilled Cheese! No joke, grilled cheese is ALWAYS better when someone else makes it for you!
The Ash St Saloon is by VooDoo donuts, but just a few minutes from the Max, I live on the west side, so I’m throwing out west side place, let me get back to you on east side cheap drinks in a bit.
But what do you think so far? I think we should slam a few back for a few bucks, then go get happy hour at McFaddens, they have better food.
