There are many ways to classify people, one of them by its role within a group or a team. I did my own ranking based on astronomical concepts.
People star: is some days awake and creative, others dreamer if not completly absent. Brilliant, but inconstant. He´s a distant sun unable to maintain the group strong and united, but never disrupts it, and his light is extraordinarily beautiful..
People planet: don´t call constant attention or spends much energy to healthy enjoy the group. Provides solidity and strength to the group, which would be empty without them. Reflects the glow of the stars, suns and moons, when isn´t casting his own light. Prefers better to be a wagon than locomotive.
People meteorite: disrupts any good day, bursting the good atmosphere in the group.
People moon: casts a very significant luminosity, own or in combination with other. Bereft itself from the gravitational force that can maintain a group for a long time, on the other hand produces a multiplier effect on the strength of his sun, which complements extremely well.
And finally, People sun: the true center of gravity. Constant, energetic, strong, committed, keeps the warmth in the group and at times, when his activity diminish, still remains enough warmth in the system so it doesn´t freeze.
I wonder if you would like to apply this system to the team (or to the BE), because I do not have enough information to do so. Only if you find some fun.
