Would Paul Allen Sell The Trail Blazers ?

Here's an interesting read on why the Blazers would not be moved which also (towards the end of the article) brought up the possibility of a sale.  It is on Berger's Blog on the Sports Busness Radio dot com page.

When Paul Allen bought the Rose Garden, my brother-in-laws argued that it was a positive sign demonstrating Mr Allen's commitment to remaining the owner of this team in this city.  I liked the sound of that.  I think we are monumentally lucky to have Paul Allen as our owner.  More especially now, that he's learned so much about being a good owner.

My sister, however, argued that buying the arena showed his intent to sell the team by improving his position for a sale by being able to package the team together with the Rose Garden Arena.

I'd heard he'd been approached about selling after aquiring Oden and had turned the down.  Another sign?  Or posturing?  Well, I'm always more reassured when my sister agrees with my two brother-in-laws. And, this article didn't quell my nerves.  What do you think?
