Around SBN: Clippers Need To Realize That Spurs Are The Anti-Grizzlies

March/April Jersey Scoreboard: Game 3

The Spurs' big comeback scored a lot of people points tonight.  Pretty standard game really...EXCEPT we have a new record for highest single-game score ever!  DrawingJeremy got 91 points tonight, toppling the old record holder who was...DrawingJeremy (and a couple other people).  Nice going!

The results are listed below.  The first number after your name is your cumulative score for the month.  The number in parentheses is your score for this game.  An "x" denotes no entry for this game.  Leaders are in bold.

Oh, and for those wondering, 143 points is the current cutoff for the all-important Top 12 spots.  Remember this month it doesn't matter where you finish in the Top 12 as long as you do.

Because he's already in the playoff pool?
For winning a previous month.

Those four guys are already in; the twelve-more are to round out that field.
saregister's playing this month just for practice--he has nothing to gain by leading.

Am I right?

Nope. Never mind.
Serves me right for guessing.

Good guess
but incorrect.

Before this last month when Bretski broke through the glass ceiling around here only guys whose name starts with "D" had won jerseys.  DuckBlazer, DrDave, and Devynlindquist were the first three winners.  Folks were starting to accuse me of "D"-ism.  So much like the league lets the Spurs win every once in a while to divert people from their fiendish Laker plans we had Bretski win last month.  Notice that again this month TWO of the top four have "D" names.  It's a conspiracy I tell you!  A conspiracy!

If this keeps up
you're going to start seeing names like Dzenbowl, Djorga, and Dripcitygal.

Well, maybe not that last one...

i was supposed to win the first one...
but got beat out (soundly i might add) in the tie breaker...<sigh>  (i think mr "D" himself fixed the scores to make it happen!  don't let him fool you into thinking it's all fair!  LoL)

Wow 88 points
I think that must be my personal best.  After a dismal February I'm suddenly a contender...

(It was Brandon's FGA that caught both Jeremy and me.)

Don't look back, Jorga...
I'm breathing down your neck.  Kinda makes me wish I had brushed my teeth this week...

I guess I need to stop napping minutes before the game begins.  All the same, it was a fun game to watch... until the end.

Yep, Brandon
fooled us Jorga, not that we're complaining mind you.
