Lamar Odom body slams Ray Allen

Odom made the L*kers-Celtics game look like an ice hockey game tonight. Evidently he lost his temper after one of the Celts blocked his shot. At the other end he slammed into Ray Allen while Allen was about to go up for a shot. Wasn't even going for the ball. Just a violent body check. It's a wonder that a brawl didn't break out. I think Allen was too shocked to think about retaliating. Anyway, I'm wondering how many people think Odom should be suspended by the league.

I hate this kind of play. I think it ruins the game and gives the NBA a bad reputation. I hope Odom is suspended for at least one game.

He did something similar last year against the blazers when he tried to get in our huddle and LaMarcus and Joel pushed him out.

out of all the players in the nba i hate odom the most.... such a #$@ hole i hope travis dunks on him one day and odom just starts swinging so oden can come from behind and drop him

Sounds to me

Like the enforcer the Blazers need. Trade Jack and whoever for him and get Sergio some more playing time.

He's kind of a loser, I think. I used to like Odom's game, but something's missing. Maybe it's character. We got a glimpse of that last season in that LMA incident (I loved that LMA didn't back down), and again with Ray Allen. You don't have to be a jerk to be an enforcer. Look at Ime: he never threw his weight around, but players sensed they didn't want to mess with him.
